At Tide Wave Pools, we’re bringing another modern custom pool design to life with a clean combination of white finishes, large-format pavers, and artificial grass.
This new pool construction features white precast concrete coping around the pool, paired with white 1×1 waterline tile for a bright, seamless modern look. Inside the pool, we’re using a white micro pebble plaster finish with abalone shell, adding subtle sparkle and depth when the finish is underwater and exposed to sunlight.
Modern Pool Deck with Large-Format Pavers
The surrounding pool deck is being finished with large-format concrete pavers combined with artificial grass joints. This creates the clean geometric look that has become popular in modern California backyards while keeping the landscaping low-maintenance.
The combination includes:

A Bright, Modern Pool Finish
Using white materials throughout the design helps create a brighter water color and a clean transition between the pool, coping, tile, and surrounding deck.
The micro pebble and abalone shell finish adds texture and a subtle reflective appearance without taking away from the minimalist design. Once filled with water, the white interior will help produce a fresh blue water color that complements the concrete and artificial grass around the pool.
